Welcome to Talent Timebanking
Talent Timebanking is an innovative networking platform designed for health and social care professionals to exchange skills and knowledge. Completely free to use, it values every member equally, embracing diversity in age, occupation, location, background, experience and seniority.
Funded by NHS England Talent Teams and endorsed by the seven regional Heads of Talent across England, Talent Timebanking aims to provide a transparent and fair approach to talent management in health and care.
How does it work?
When you give your time to support fellow colleagues, you earn time credits that can be used to enhance your own career and professional development.
By helping others succeed, you unlock new opportunities for yourself, gaining valuable experience and boosting your own skills and career prospects.

How can Talent Timebanking help you?
Our aim is to enable you to take ownership of your own career journey and personal development. Your experiences and skills can be instrumental in supporting others too. Together, we will create a talent management culture driven by talented individuals, promoting inclusivity, collaboration and compassion.
Interacting with Jo through Talent Timebanking was a transformative experience. Her advice was very instrumental in securing my new role as a Senior Programme Support Officer.

Why is this platform needed?
Reviews by Lord Rose, Ed Smith and Messenger identified the need for leaders with the right skills for the evolving health and social care sector. The 2021 whitepaper ‘Integration and Innovation: working together to improve health and social care for all’ also recognised the need for good leadership at all levels.
Diversity in leadership brings benefits for everyone – both employees and patients. Greater innovation, access to a wider pool of talent, and it means a better place to work, with even greater impact.
